es gibt ein großes Puzzleteil, das bisher niemand berücksichtigt. wenn Sie sich recht erinnern, besitzt JPMorgan immer noch eine beträchtliche Menge an Instrumenten, wahrscheinlich für jemand anderen. das bedeutet, dass es entweder einen zweiten Bieter gibt (weißer Ritter gegen Triton) oder Triton bereits die Option hat, wieder aufzusteigen. außerdem braucht ein nicht deutscher Bieter die Genehmigung der BAFIN, um über 10 % zu gehen. vielleicht ist es das, worauf wir hier warten. viel Glück euch allen. https://www.eqs-news.com/news/pvr/evotec-se-release-according-to-article-40-section-1-of-the-wphg-the-german-securities-trading-act-with-the-objective-of-europe-wide-distribution/2134233
