An mich von der IR von EVRAZ. Habe ne Anfrage an die gestellt, ob die auch selbst "certificated shares" ausstellen bzw. inwieweit das nötig ist, wenn man nur die Dividende will..

An wem wurde die Nachricht geschrieben?

Laut der Antwort würde es ja dann doch reichen, dass wir sie normal im Depot haben?

"As you own EVRAZ shares through a broker, then your ownership of EVRAZ shares will be certified by a share certificate issued at 19 August 2022 to a nominee who is on the EVRAZ share register and holds EVRAZ shares for benefit of your broker and you." - Wenn das so ist, weshalb hat dann noch keine einzige Bank bzw. Broker das in seinen Mails erwähnt? Und weshalb schreibt dann Evraz selbst sogar auf der Homepage, dass man sich selbst um den Registereintrag kümmern soll (seinen Broker/nominee/wasauchimmer triggern, entsprechende Anfrage an die Registrierungsstelle zu senden), wenn das doch alles automatisch im Hintergrund erfolgt?

1822 bietet doch die Auslieferung an für ca. 45 Euro inkl. Versand, ist aber m. E. unnötig. Antwort von Evraz IR selbst, wenn man (wie ich) echte Aktien besitzt: After 19 August 2022, the register of shareholders will be maintained by EVRAZ. Due to sanctions restrictions in the UK, EVRAZ is unable to use the services of a registrar. As you own EVRAZ shares through a broker, then your ownership of EVRAZ shares will be certified by a share certificate issued at 19 August 2022 to a nominee who is on the EVRAZ share register and holds EVRAZ shares for benefit of your broker and you. Further accounting of you as an EVRAZ shareholder will be maintained by your broker and his nominee holder as it was before 19 August 2022. Regards, IR team
