** Shares of automaker Fox Factory Holding Corp up 11.1% at $76.4 at midday, set for best day in more than 1 yr
** In a deal worth $328 mln, Fox to buy Alabama-based SCA Performance Holdings Inc, a specialty automaker that makes light-duty trucks and SUVs
** The deal, slated to close in Q1, would add to Fox's 2020 earnings
