Eine Anlage steht und produziert bereits seit dem 01.11.2024: "FREYR is acquiring 5 GW, 1.35 million square foot solar module manufacturing facility in Wilmer, Texas that started production on November 1, 2024". Der nächste Schritt soll dann eine weitere Anlage sein, die 2026 in Produktion geht: "The next phase of the plan will be to construct a 5GW solar cell manufacturing facility in the U.S. Site selection is underway and FREYR is targeting a start of construction in 2Q 2025 with anticipated first solar cell production in 2H 2026." So lese ich das ;-)
Über kommt Freyr jetzt eine fertige Anlage oder wird das ein neues gescheiterten Projekt: "Die nächste Phase des Plans besteht darin, eine 5-GW-Solarzellenproduktionsanlage in den USA zu errichten. Die Standortauswahl ist im Gange und FREYR strebt einen Baubeginn im 2. Quartal 2025 an. Die voraussichtliche erste Solarzellenproduktion erfolgt in der 2.
