This morning, I had the pleasure of engaging in a lengthy conversation with Anthony. During our conversation, Anthony unexpectedly went into great detail about FSD’s strategies, and how FSD plans to increase shareholder value over time through successful trials, and of course through unexpected events that shareholders have yet to be aware of. The next financials will be released early March. Anthony is confident in both this round of financials and even more so the next, making note that having attractive financials Q over Q is what attracts institutional funds. FSD wants to have the best balance sheet “by Canada Day”; thus setting a short time line to expect added value within the company. They are not interested in announcing LOI’s like in the past, they will not announce a “partial” deal or deal that is in any way incomplete; they will only announce news once it is final; set in stone or materialized if you will. That would align with FSD’s under promise over deliver strategy. That makes sense to me, as there is no sense in creating hype, only to have a deal fall through. One important thing to remember about biotech companies, is they are actually expected to lose money at the beginning, as resources and finances are used for R&D without any major returns. FSD is attempting to be the exception to that. Obtaining the oil license would increase their bottom line substantially. When asked if FSD would ever need to apply for creditor protection at any time, he said absolutely not, and even shared a laugh in that regard. FSD seems very confident in their future balance sheets. Much was discussed about the financial strength of FSD, and their low debt position will soon allow FSD to stand out from the rest. As for another Q&A, Anthony is more than willing to do one. He sees them as a positive thing for the company. He is in no way avoiding them, and mentioned that he will see when they can do another, as they may be in a black out period at the moment, due to upcoming financials early March, as well as having material news in the pipeline. As for any future questions one may have for FSD, I encourage you to write them down, and when the time comes for another Q&A, they will be submitted. But like Anthony said, at the moment they would be in a black out period due to upcoming financials, and most likely afterwards. David and myself can be in touch with Anthony in regards to a Q&A, but I have a feeling, some questions will be answered after the next ER early March. I am faithful FSD has a solid plan for success; patience is a virtue.

nur mal nebenbei: Empower forscht auch und betreibt bereits zig Kliniken in USA, extrahieren auch selbst und deren MK beträgt derzeit nicht mal 5 Mio. €.

Mikiii Du bist etwas ganz Besonderes!! Haben deine Eltern schon ein zwei Mal erwähnt, wie es scheint 😉

Erinnert euch gerne in ein paar Jahren an die Worte die aktuell keiner hören will. Oder wenn FSD nicht mehr an der Nasdaq vertreten ist oder es wieder Kapitalerhöhungen gab Oder oder oder... Was soll eine Bude wie FSD schon großartiges erforschen? Ok, die Nadel im Heuhaufen ist möglich. ABER: in diesem Bereich forschen noch andere Konzerne von ganz anderem Kaliber. Und damit meine ich keine kanadischen Penny Zocks! Viel Glück den wenigen die bisher die Hoffnung noch nicht aufgegeben haben oder erst nach dem RS eingestiegen sind.

Am besten realisiert man den Verlust und geht in etwas konservativere Firmen mit echter Gewinnchance. Nach einem Jahr ohne Kommunikation seitens FSD und stetigem Abwärtstrend 📉 bleibt nun nur noch die Reißleine. Die ausstehenden Lizenzen werden, wie die anderen auch, keinen langfristigen Anstieg generieren. Sonderliche Umsätze sind auch nicht zu erwarten. Man könnte diese Liste unendlich fortsetzen....

Jens2020, wenn ich mir Deinen Post so ansehe komme ich zum Entschluss, dass Du evtl. zu viel von dem Zeug geraucht hast.

Jo87, wie Du schon gesagt hast, hat man Cannara wegen dem Kapitalerlös verkauft und wird dies für die Forschung verwenden. Allerdings spielte Cannara für den Umsatz keine Rolle mehr. Dort hatte man nur die Option weitere QM als Anbaufläche zu nutzen! Die Firmen die man zur Umsatzgenerierung benötigt sind Canntab und Worldclass. Hier werden noch Lizenzen benötigt, die allerdings schon längst überfällig sind. Health Care Canada und deren Regierung um Trudeau geben hier ein trauriges Bild ab und bringen viele Cannabisfirmen in Bedrängnis!
