Plug Power Inc. has announced it raised approximately $370 million through a warrant inducement transaction with an existing institutional investor. The investor exercised all outstanding warrants issued in March 2025, purchasing 185,430,464 shares of common stock at an exercise price of $2.00 per share. Plug Power also issued new warrants as part of the agreement, which could generate up to an additional $1.4 billion in gross proceeds if fully exercised. The company intends to use the net proceeds for working capital and general corporate purposes. Oppenheimer & Co. Inc. acted as lead financial advisor, with several firms serving as co-advisors.
