@Ecograf 100 Du hast die News nicht verstanden, wo kommen jetzt die 6 Monate her? Es wurde im 1 (!) Monat verlängert. Und jetzt ist doch auch mal gut mit Ecograf, gönne da ja jedem seinen Erfolg, aber ihr habt genug mit eurem Kurs zu kämpfen und bei den News ist da auch nichts sicherer, außer das mal wieder eine weitere Präsentation kam

Der erste kurze Schock ist durch. Nächste Woche darf es step by step weitergehen. Das unterscheidet uns von Eco.

Wise OWL: Today’s news is positive, demonstrating both parties’ commitment to the exclusivity arrangement as they progress JV discussions further.   Importantly, there is alignment on commercial terms — the most crucial element to these negotiations — and that the extra time is required in order to incorporate “value-add initiatives that could enhance and strengthen the position of the JV in the market”. As long term investors, we support FYI management taking more time to advance negotiations, especially if the result is a superior JV arrangement incorporating multiple growth opportunities, which appears to be what both parties are working towards. That said, we can understand that punters would like to have seen all the details today — or even a month ago — and that impatience could drive them to trading out before October 5 arrives. But we view it to be a short-term mindset. But in the grand scheme of things, as long term investors, what’s another month before delivery? FYI’s project is at an advanced stage of development and has strong economics, as confirmed by its updated Definitive Feasibility Study demonstrating a project Net Present Value of over US$1BN (A$1.3BN).  FYI is currently capped at $300M.

@Dumpfbacke Natürlich steht es da so, wenn es anders wäre hätten wir heute eine andere News erhalten🤷🏼‍♀️ Dennoch kann man da nichts negatives draus ableiten, wie andere hier schon geschrieben ganzen liest sich das Announcement gut. Wäre irgendwas schlecht gelaufen, wären die Verhandlungen abgebrochen worden.

Das war doch bisher der Chartverlauf! Warum zum Teufel jetzt diese Welle? Warum zum Teufel hat das EcoForum seine Schwachen wieder hergeschickt. :) Es ist mir stets ein Vergnügen, mir diese Mitmenschen einzel herauszupicken

" HPA Project Due Dilligence is now complete" "HPA JV Framework established and alignment on commercial terms" Entspannt euch mal. Der Kurs wird jetzt etwas einbrechen und dann wieder Nähe ATH einpendeln. Generell geht das Announcement in die richtige Richtung!
