Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy, S.A. (“Siemens Gamesa”) updates the EBIT forecast of the fiscal year ended on 30 September 2017 of underlying EBIT of c.€900 Million and EBIT margin equivalent or higher than 8%, which was announced on the presentation of the financial information relating to the April-June 2017 period release on 26 July 2017 (Relevant Fact number 255069). Revised forecasts for the fiscal year ended on 30 September 2017 amounts now to c.€790 Million of underlying EBIT (pre-Purchase Price Allocation) and pro-forma last twelve month EBIT margin of c.7%. This disclosure relates to the regular assessment of the carrying value of certain assets in inventory mainly for the United States and South African markets which affect certain subsidiaries of Siemens Gamesa, to mark them down to their current estimated realizable value. The current market conditions and pricing pressure has resulted in the write–down of such inventories. Siemens Gamesa also confirms that it continues to make significant progress in its integration and the achievement of the announced synergies (of the order of a minimum of €230 Million). In a changing environment with increasingly demanding wind markets, the merger's strategic rationale is even more compelling. Global scale and reach have become essential in order to compete profitably. Jetzt geht es nächste Woche erstmal wieder kräftig nach unten. Gewinnprognose gesenkt, Marge auf 7% gefallen.

Wahrscheinlich, aber heute Abend zieht der Kurs wahrscheinlich wieder an. Wenn wir beim gestrigen Schlusskurs landen, war das wirklich eine tolle Woche.

Heute ist mal etwas Normalität eingekehrt bei Siemens Gamesa vs. Nordex

Nordex Im Windloch Der auf Deutschlands Windmarkt fokussierte Hamburger Windkraftanlagenbauer hat es wegen der Schwäche im Heimatmarkt aktuell schwer. Das dürfte auch noch ein paar Quartale anhalten. Aber die Firma schreibt - anders als in der vorigen Krise vor fünf Jahren - schwarze Zahlen. 2017 und 2018 soll der Gewinn laut Schätzungen sinken, erst 2019 geht es demnach wieder aufwärts. Abwarten. Siemens Gamesa Primus bietet Chance Attraktiv war die Übernahme von Gamesa durch Siemens für die Aktionäre des gemeinsamen Unternehmens bisher nicht. Der Kurs hat sich seither halbiert. Grund ist der Einbruch des Gewinns im ersten gemeinsamen Zahlenwerk zum Halbjahr. Die Aussichten für den größten Windturbinenbauer sind dank seiner weltweiten Präsenz und jahrzehntelangen Erfahrung mittelfristig gut. 2018 soll sich das Ergebnis stabilisieren, 2019 soll es um rund 20 Prozent steigen. Gelegenheit.

Hängt heute ehe an Goldman Sachs, die Nordex runtergestuft haben und Gamesa + Vestas statt dessen empfehlen.

Naja, der aktuelle Auftragsbestand ist ja ordentlich, oder? Kursziel oft gelesen aktuell im Bereich 16 Euro. Hier ist viel Luft nach oben.

Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy has announced the renewal of its contract to service the Greater Gabbard wind farm, located 23km off the Suffolk coast, UK. The five-year contract is for the provision of operation and maintenance for the 504MW wind farm, until 2022. Siemens Gamesa will provide scheduled servicing, troubleshooting and technical support to the 140 SWT-3.6-107 turbines installed at the site. This contract continues, and builds upon, the service work that Siemens Gamesa has provided since 2013. Onshore 24/7 monitoring and diagnostics of each of the turbines will take place at the company’s control room, based in Newcastle upon Tyne in the UK.

Siemens Gamesa is to supply Guangdong Electric Power Design Institute with turbines totalling 34MW for the Hubei Energy Lichuan Zhonghao wind farm in China. The order consists of 13 G114-2.625MW machines, with delivery already underway. Commissioning of the project at Lichuan Qiyueshan in the province of Hubei is slated for December.  Siemens Gamesa will also operate and maintain the facility, which is is owned by the Hubei Energy Group, for five years.
