m.E. die plausibelste Erklärung von allen: GME Used less than 10% of their actual cash for that 4,710 Bitcoin purchase. Which means it was not material and obligated for an 8-K filling. Which means this purchase could have been made back when Bitcoin was still at 70-80k. The total amount of cash spent by GameStop can actually be way less than $500M.. They just decided to announce it today on the Bitcoin Conference Day.
