Liebe @apes - Hauptthema der Q3 Zahlen waren eindeutig die DRS Zahlen .... Ich hatte bereits erwähnt, dass aber auch die Langfristperspektive in diesem quarterly report besonders hervorgehoben worden ist, ein Thema, das in allen Foren schon kaum Beachtung fand. Und das, wo doch große Investoren gerade auf die Unternehmens-Performance so großen Wert legen! Was jedoch noch weniger Beachtung fand, ist Furlong's Aussage zum einen zum Cashflow, und zum anderen, und zuoberst!, GameSt.op's Absichten zu mergers & aquisitions! Das war eine erstmalig ausgesprochene Absicht. Die ist durch den erreichten Cashflow endlich möglich - und wir kennen ja mittlerweile schon einige Theorien, welche M&A infrage kommen könnten. Hier ist nun ein Post, in 2 parts, der all diese Theorien mit allen bereits initiierten bekannten Modalitäten und bereits gegründeten Gesellschaften, wie u.a. die Holding, die auch als Bank fungiert, zusammengefasst zu einem ganz neuen und noch viel gewichtigerem Bild, wo es mit Gamest.op hingehen könnte.
