(“FORK”) to sell our exchange related interests, which consist of the following: 1. All rights, work product, and assets related to the development of the Laser blockchain; 2. All holdings of Laser Technologies Corp., Cayman Islands subsidiary of GGAM; 3. All rights, work product, and assets related to the development of the Singularity digital asset and forex exchange; 4. All rights and work product relating to the business and technology development of Stratus; 5. Blockchain Technologies DMCC, Dubai subsidiary of GGAM; 6. All rights and interests relating to the investment in Hyperion Crypto Exchange Inc; 7. All rights and interest relating to the investment in 8,000,000 Kodak Coins from the Initial Coin Offering by the Eastman Kodak Company; 8. GGAM’s investment in Quisitive Technology Solutions Inc; and 9. All rights in and to agreements between GGAM and Hewlett Packard Enterprise or its affiliates (Collectively known as the “Assets”). Pursuant to the terms of the Purchase Agreement, GGAM will receive a total of 225,000,000 common shares in the capital of FORK in exchange for the Assets, for an aggregate purchase price of $4,500,000. As announced on December 4, 2018 in connection with the acquisition of X2 Games Corp. (“X2 Games”), the existing shareholders of GGAM (as at December 4, 2018), will be entitled to receive consideration as a result of the disposition and will receive a stock distribution of FORK common shares. The consideration to be paid to shareholders did not form part of the X2 Games transaction. Further details regarding the stock distribution will be provided by way of a subsequent news release. All common shares issued pursuant to the Purchase Agreement will have a statutory hold period of four months and one day.

Dass das spin out von Sigularity Exchange vom Tisch ist, wusste ich noch nicht. Hast Du eine Quelle #schorsch?

X2 Games ist genauso wie Videre eSports und die Anteile an BRAGG Teil von Global Gaming Technologies GGT. Zum damaligen Zeitpunkt war aber noch ein Spin-Out der Börsengeschäfte (Singularity Exchange, Hyperion, Laser, Dubai, etc.) geplant. Dies ist aber vorläufig vom Tisch. Sämtliche Börsenanteile wurden an FORK übertragen und dafür wurden 4,5 Mio $ in FORK Aktien bezahlt. Was FORK damit vorhat und ob dann ein Spin-Out erfolgt werden sie nächsten Pressemitteilungen zeigen.

Also geht X2 in GGT auf mit sämtlichem Geistigen Eigentum von X2 als Geschäftsführer ist Nolan bushell eingestellt worden. So klingt das für mich 😉

Alle geistigen Eigentumsrechte an den aktuellen Spielprojekten von X2 Games werden Teil von BLOC, einschließlich vier digitaler, interaktiver Spiele für Amazon Alexa. Eines dieser Spiele mit dem Titel St. Noire soll im ersten Quartal 2019 veröffentlicht werden, drei weitere Amazon Alexa-Spiele sollen Anfang 2019 auf den Markt kommen. Wann kommen die denn mal gebucht? Reverse Split Mist hat ja immerhin prompt geklappt...!

Die x2 Games Aktien sollen doch im Spin Out 1/1 zu den gbt Aktien vom 5.12. zu ca 0,15dollar je Stück eingebucht werden. Dieser laden macht nix als aerger!

erstmal auf 10 cent und dann wieder splitt auf 1 cent dann wieder anders herum, immer die selber leier und wir fallen darauf rein

Diese Art Split ist selten gut, Geldverbrennung sonst nix. Und das wir hier wieder unter 10 cent landen ist wohl auch nichts neues...

Also eigentlich erstmal nicht so toll!?!? Ganzen split und Namensänderung war bisher negativ für uns...
