Sequoya wird ausschliesslich: i) GCAC 5.000.000 Stammaktien von Sequoya ausgeben; ii) GCAC 100.000 USD per Wandelschuldverschreibung zu zahlen; und iii) GCAC eine monatliche Gebühr zahlen, die auf der Anzahl der Benutzer basiert. Die Laufzeit der Lizenzvereinbarung beträgt ein Jahr mit automatischer Verlängerung. GCAC wird im Austausch für 4.000.000 GCAC-Aktien zusätzlich 5.000.000 Sequoya-Aktien erwerben. Sequoya gewährt GCAC eine Option (die „Option“) zum Kauf von 10.000.000 Sequoya-Aktien für 600.000 USD für eine Laufzeit von 90 Tagen ab Abschluss des Lizenzvertrags. Freut mich dass du noch dabei bist. Ich war beim Anstieg letztes Jahr zeitweise 400% im Plus, habe aber wegen meiner Gier den Ausstieg verpennt. Hätte niemals gedacht dass sie nochmals so weit runter fällt.

@Stockrocker Sry wenn ich so direkt bin: Aber warum sollte ich nicht mehr investiert sein? Aktuell sieht vieles für mich sehr positiv aus. Am 19.02. wurde erst wieder eine News publiziert und ich bin persönl. der Meinung, dass wir bald Umsätze sehen werden. Ich bin nach wie vor gut gestimmt auch wenn es zeitlich sich verzögerte. Ich werde nicht ein einziges Stück meiner Position vorzeitig verkaufen und habe in der Zwischenzeit hin und wieder mal nachgekauft. Aber deine Meinung musst du dir dazu bilden. Hoffe auf einen konstruktiven Austausch hier im Forum!
