Bewertung von Anatol zu unseren 3 Projekten:
1A)Morabisi Project;
If spodumene bearing LCT pegmatites are extensively found;
The area of this project is so big and full of (40km) pegmatities, it's very hard to make an estimations. There are other minerals too. However I can say that this project is enough to take the market cap to at least $500m if we can find out that the LCT pegmatites are spodumene bearing (let's say on 4km of 40km would be enough). That would imply at least a share price of 33c assuming 1.5 billion shares on issue at that time (now it is 913m).
1B)Morabisi Project;
If spodumene bearing LCT pegmatites are NOT found;
It's obvious that there is a huge tantalum and niobium potential. It's even not a potential it's happening now because there are tantalum workings (artisanal mining) in 5 places in the permit area. They are mining Coltan (Tantalum + Niobium) in the area and selling it to China. 80% of Coltan going to China from DRC (from the conflict zone in Dem. Rep. of Congo). I am not sure if it would be in the interest of GPP to mine tantalum and sell it if they can't find lithium thoug. The whole tantalum market is only 1300t per annum. Niobium is another good thing but not sure how much we could find there. Also the 80% of Niobium market is supplied by one mine in Brasil Which has $6b market cap.
So, it's hard to tell what would happen in this case. I would apply zero value for it atm.
2) CTL project
Very advanced project, 90% confirmed success IMO. Not much left to do other than finding investors.
This project is not even understood by the market yet. I am thinking that before the market sees its real value and push the stock price high because of the potential, big investors from the fertiliser or green industries will want to invest in this project and make some negotiations and deals with the company. So they will get some value before the current shareholders get the full value from the project.
I am valuing the CTL business at least for $50m at current conditions; no more investment and share dilution required because the investment money should come from the new investors.
That would imply at least a share price of 5c assuming 1 billion shares on issue. (no dilution).
3) SOP project (NT)
I am very optimistic about this project because of its geological settings. I am not counting on its lithium potential because only SOP (sulphate of Potash) would be enough as it's a high value ($700t) product. No acquisition is required, GPP is getting the permits from government. Area is quite big to start a large size SOP project. Only shallow and cheap drilling will reveal the potential. Time will tell.
I can't put any value on stock price for this project for now because it needs drilling which would cost GPP money and share placement, hence dilution if they can't find any other way to fund it. After drilling if the potential is confirmed it may add up to $30m market cap to stock price. (See RWD - Reward minerals - SOP project in WA, market cap is ~$50).

I have done so much work on Morabisi and its geological setting, I am now tired of bringing them here again and again. But I will keep giving some clues when the things are mentioned here.
I will give you a technical clue now; on that document "Mineralogical and chemical evolution of tantalum–(niobium–tin) mineralisation in pegmatites and granites. Part 2. (pdf file)", it says;
"Some of the largest and economically most important rare-element pegmatite bodies are located within Archean terrains and intruded ultramafic and mafic host rocks (e.g., Tanco/Canada, Wodgina and Greenbushes/Western Australia, Kolmozero/Kola). They are highly fractionated, of LCT affinity throughout and yield complex mineralogical compositions."
1) It says Greenbushes and Wodgina (Pilpara) where the largest lithium deposits are located.
2) Complex mineralogy in LCT pegmatite means spodumene bearing pegmatites.
3) Located within ... intruded mafic rocks..!
This is the correct geology. Right?
Now let's have a look at the picture on page 3 of "Morabisi Project Update" anns. on Nov.30. This picture was taken by Brendan Borg I guess. And it has been put on the anns. by a purpose.
The purpose was to explain that we have the right geology there. (I don't know what people imagined when they see that rock picture there though!)
"Mafic dykes (rocks) (dolerite) that form the majority of Turesi Ridge”
"Turesi Ridge";
keep this in mind for now, and have a look at the picture.
Mafic dykes.JPG
Turesi Ridge is the area that first spodumene was found historically.
GPP's fieldwork Crew 1 will cover Turesi Ridge area by Fly Camp 1. (See the graphic from the anns. below)
From the same anns. again (Page 5)
"Fly Camp #1 – 1 week
Fly camp 1 will allow for up to 1 week to access the northwest portion of Turesi ridge. This will continue from where the due diligence trekking finished. Work will continue mapping rock types and sampling all pegmatite material along slopes, outcrops and ravines. The key aim will be to locate the historically recorded spodumene occurrence in this area. A further aim is to collect stream sediment samples wherever appropriate sampling material occurs."
What I understand from the above explanation , Brendan Borg visited this area and had a trekking but couldn't go enough to locate the historically recorded spodumene occurrence in this area. Now our Crew 1 will do that. And that area will be drilled.

Die sind alle Lithium geil ;)
Wobei ich das Dünger Projekt richtig spannend finde!
