Which metric is there to justify the amount of shares paid for a (to be fair) very new company. Do you think sales / net profits from that will compensate and how so? Then about potential listing on Nasdaq: I spoke with Rich from RichTv two days ago and he was sure that Halo would have to do a reverse split in order to qualify for it. But in the call you made it pretty clear that is no option after one of us asked you about it. So: Since you said on RichTV that you would do it immediately when Nasdaw allows a listing, what is true? Can we expect such a split for the mother company or is it planned for subs like the Triangle IPO? It would be very crucial for some investors to have absolute clarity on this. Regarding BarX: When will the first big harvest take place? Some people on the forums say there would be no demand for all the product. Obviously Flowershop has been sold out fast after launch. So what are your expectations on the demand side generally? How much of the 10M of inventory that were stated in the financials eoy 2020 have you sold already.
