Healwell hat 55 Millionen US-Dollar durch eine Bought-Deal-Emission und eine Kreditlinie über 50 Millionen US-Dollar gesichert. Die Übernahme wurde von den Mehrheitsaktionären genehmigt, ein Sonderaktionärstreffen entfällt. Allerdings entstehen durch die Ausgabe von bis zu 76,4 Millionen neuen Aktien erhebliche Verwässerungen. Der Ausgabepreis von 1,61 US-Dollar liegt 22,6 % unter dem Marktpreis, und die wandelbaren Schuldverschreibungen sind mit 10 % hoch verzinst.
Wo steht, dass es sich um US- Dollar und nicht um kanadische Dollar handelt ?

Der Kurs sollte steigen sobald die Transaktion Safe unter Dach und Fach ist. Ich hatte gedacht das wäre bereits der Fall. Jetzt wundere ich mich nicht mehr dass der Kurs so weit runter ging.
Sobald die Nachricht über die vollständige Abwicklung kommt geht es wieder bergauf, meiner Einschätzung nach.
