I wanted to get a better understanding of the new "seed-to-sale" strategy rather than pure extraction in California so I took a look at how Halo is setup currently. Halo Labs California Assets: 17.5% of Ukiah Ventures 30,000 square foot processing and manufacturing facility -Can buy up to 15,000 pounds of cannabis a month (from farms in emerald triangle) at discount Mendo Distribution and Transportation (MDT) 4,500 square foot facility, fleet of trucks Licences: -Type 11 Distribution -Type N (for making edibles) ((Unaudited 2019 rev: US$4.95 million)) Cathedral City (ICL9) 7,800 square foot facility Licences: -Type 7 Volatile Manufacturing (Extraction) -Type 11 Distribution Coastal Harvest 2,000 square foot facility Licenses: -Type 7 Volatile Manufacturing (Extraction) -Type 13 Distribution (Allows transport between halo facilities and/or other licensed facilities) Halo Labs contracts: Falcon - 50kg-70kg/month (~$1.6-$2.2 million/month) Caliva - At minimum 5kg orders at Caliva’s discretion Halo Labs products featured on these websites: Eaze Online Marketplace Greeny.com (Only CBD products, Oregon, Cali, and Nevada) _ I'm encouraged by the strategy to start acquiring dispensary spaces in California. It appears that Halo is setup to capitalize on their existing infrastructure in California to give the highest margins possible by cutting out middle-men. Further, with dispensaries established we wont have to rely on revenue from bulk contracts and online sales. While using common shares for acquisitions may dilute the share price currently, it's a good strategy given current banking laws. I'm confident these acquisitions will drive revenue. What do you think?

Die Typ-13-Lizenz ermöglicht es Coastal Harvest, sein Massenprodukt zur weiteren Verarbeitung zu verpackten Konsumgütern zu anderen Vertriebs- und Produktionsstätten von Halo in Süd- und Nordkalifornien zu transportieren. Darüber hinaus wird Coastal Harvest in der Lage sein, den direkten Vertrieb an andere, nicht im Einzelhandel tätige Lizenznehmer durchzuführen, damit die eigenen Cannabisprodukte von Coastal Harvest (einschließlich Massenlebendharze und Destillate) an andere Hersteller und Vertriebshändler geliefert werden können, um sie weiterzuverarbeiten und zu verfeinern.
