Nasdaq issues 3 deadlines issued to Hyzon Motors The Nasdaq told Hyzon that it has until Dec. 1 to update to its original plan to regain compliance on missing Q2 and Q3 filings; it must summarize results of an internal company investigation by Jan. 16, 2023; and it must file its delinquent 10-Q form before Feb. 13, 2023.

Bis zum 14.10.2022 hätten die der Nasdaq einen Plan vorlegen müssen um die Notierungsregeln wieder zu erfüllen. Da hat man leider auch noch nichts gehört bzw. Gelesen.

... und die Hyzon Europe CEO's (Carl & Max Holthausen) scheinen derzeit auch sehr passiv aufzutreten. Bin der Meinung es ist ein ganz großer Umbruch in der zukünftigen Strategie von Hyzon zumindest in Europa geplant. Jetzt könnte aber langsam (2-3 Monate sind vergangen, seit Craig weg ist) eine Stellungnahme an die Öffentlichkeit raus geschickt werden.

Die Übernahme von Orten durch Hyzon ist auch geplatzt!. Anstattdessen soll es eine enge Partnerschaft mit Umrüststicks auf Wassterstoffbetrieb geben...Bin wirklich gespannt bis wann die Infos zur weiteren Vorgehensweise etc. kommen...
