Das Filing bezieht sich auf eine Vereinbarung noch lange VOR dem RS und sie geben keinesfalls, nun nach dem RS und der entsprechenden Anpassung der Aktienanzahl, mehr Aktien als genehmigt aus, also maximal 20 Millionen Aktien. Taktisch etwas unklug, da der Kurs aktuell so niedrig ist, aber es ist auch kein Sofortverkauf geplant, sondern von Zeit zu Zeit am Markt. Wenn der Kurs also demnächst steigt, dann erlösen sie auch entsprechend mehr.
Shares of Hyzon Motors (NASDAQ:HYZN) are under pressure Wednesday as the company agreed to sell $50M shares through an agreement with Roth Capital Partners, according to a filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. The company also said it has terminated its agreement with BTIG to act as sales agent or principal for any offerings under the current sales agreement. Hyzon (HYZN) shares flirted with the all-time low of $2.11 at the open, currently down 4.5%.
