Oktober begonnene Geschäftsjahr 2024-2025 erneut einen leichten Umsatzrückgang verzeichnen wird. Gegen Ende des Sommers wird jedoch mit einer Besserung gerechnet, da die langjährige schwache Nachfrage nach Autos allmählich zu einem Ende kommen könnte. Autochips machen mehr als die Hälfte des Umsatzes von Infineon aus. Bei Melexis wiegen Autochips deutlich mehr.
