"Given the company's historical actions, the decision was expected. Since the extraordinary general meeting in February, the new board has tried to get meetings with Nasdaq to discuss a way forward, which have been declined." says Fredrik Olsson, chairman of the board of Intellego. ................ Delisting von der NASDAQ wurde heute morgen bekannt gegeben

Es gibt ein Antrag von Nasdaq die Aktie zu delisten....

Der Handel ist weitgehend ausgesetzt oder extrem eingeschränkt, um dem Unternehmen Zeit für eine Neuausrichtung zu geben. Eine endgültige Entscheidung des Disziplinarausschusses über den Verbleib an der Börse wird noch im März 2026 erwartet.

Irgendwo stand doch dass Antrag für Delisting gestellt wurde. Denke müssen abwarten bis da eine Entscheidung getroffen wurde, gehe aber zu sehr hoher Wahrscheinlichkeit davon aus dass sie nicht mehr handelbar sein wird.

Und nu? Bleibt die Aktie nicht handelbar?

Ja das meinte ich ernst. Ich hatte deine Antwort aber befürchtet, aber auf Grund dessen, dass dies bei mir zum ersten Mal passiert hoffte ich ggf. auf eine andere Antwort. Hat jemand schon eine ähnliche Erfahrung gemacht?

Meinst du das ernst? Wenn die Aktie gar nicht mehr gehandelt wird, ist es logischer Weise ein Totalverlust im Depot.
