Wenn ich es richtig verstanden hab, wird dieses Papier am Tag der Fusion umgewandelt zu KCAC.U, dann wird entweder der halbe warrant automatisch vom stock gesplittet oder aber man muss den Broker kontaktieren, damit der sich drum kümmert. Ab dann sollte man die Möglichkeit haben, den optionsschein einzulösen. Falls ich falsch liege, bitte klärt mich auf!

Ich habe wohl mit warrants gekauft...werden die automatisch gewandelt? Oder wie läuft das ab? Thx

NEW YORK, Aug. 14, 2020 /PRNewswire/ -- Kensington Capital Acquisition Corp. (NYSE: KCAC.U) (the "Company") announced that, commencing August 17, 2020, holders of the units sold in the Company's initial public offering of 23,000,000 units, completed on June 30, 2020, may elect to separately trade the shares of Class A common stock and redeemable warrants included in the units.  Those units not separated will continue to trade on the New York Stock Exchange (the "NYSE") under the symbol "KCAC.U," and the shares of Class A common stock and redeemable warrants that are separated will trade on the NYSE under the symbols "KCAC" and "KCAC WS," respectively.  No fractional warrants will be issued upon separation of the units and only whole warrants will trade.  Holders of units will need to have their brokers contact Continental Stock Transfer & Trust Company, the Company's transfer agent, in order to separate the units into shares of Class A common stock and warrants.
