John P. Gorst As I understand you will be doing a reverse split rather soon. My question is why you are doing it? As you know most R/S fail. Wouldn't it be better to let the stock run up if you can present some good news/financials and then later on consider doing a R/S. Let's say the stock can move to 0.20 on it's own and after that you do a 5x to 1 USD. I guess you have your reasons but I would love to hear the reasoning behind this.

Yes they are, sales are up 20% year over year in Washington, 8% in Oregon. Let me put it this way, we have so much sales we can't fill all of our orders. This has been the trend for the last two months. It is a problem, but a great one to have.

Like I have mentioned in prior post, last year was a very tumultuous year for us and the entire industry. I can tell you that we are outperforming last years numbers, and have reduced expenses by 45%. 2020 will be a turning point for us as we are focused on two markets only, Washington and Oregon, two of the top ten recreational markets in the country. We are producing positive trends.

Das klingt für mich sehr vorgeschoben. Andere schaffen es ja auch, trotz Krise. Ich hoffe da sind nicht andere Probleme vorhanden (Betrug, Veruntreuung,...)... Mit Q1 sind sie ja auch schon im Verzug... Q2 stünde Mitte juli ja auch bereits an.... Macht irgendwie keinen guten Eindruck...
