Full-year 2015 earnings per share benefited from a $0.10 contribution from the D&S business and $0.08 from the sale of an investment. Adjusted EBITDA for the fourth quarter of 2016 was $28.6 million, compared with $35.0 million in the fourth quarter of 2015. Adjusted EBITDA for the full year 2016 was $94.4 million, compared with $92.0 million for full-year 2015.
