There is a valid reason we have not yet announced the results date. The board and shareholders approved a new auditor, BDO LLP, in October 2025. While BDO’s work has been underway for a while, it is taking longer than initially anticipated as we work through the first-year audit; this is not unusual for a new auditor's first year. BDO has also changed lead audit partner due to unforeseen personal circumstances. We continue to work alongside BDO and will announce a results date as soon as we have greater certainty on the timing, which we hope will not be too far off. Also, I actually wrote this year's front end of the report and accounts at the end of June, and currently our AGM is due to be held on 30 October.

Der hohe Preis für Energie und Zölle kostet ITM ja auch einiges.
Ein Ende ist nicht absehbar. Außerdem wird durch die Geopolitik auch viel weniger in den Ausbau von H2 investiert. Kostet ja erstmal auch nur Geld bis sich das wieder amortisiert.
So frisst der Nachteil den Vorteil wieder auf.

was mich gerade etwas stutzig macht ist der Verlauf in Anbetracht des Ölpreisverlaufes. Mit diesem Hintergrund wurde der heftige Anstieg der H2 Aktien beim letzten Ölpreisschock begründet. Welche Begründung finden die Experten nun wieder warum es dieses Mal nicht bei den H2 Aktien ankommt 🤔?
Und wieder frage ich mich wer diese Zunft braucht und wo der Mehrwert eines Analysten für die Anleger liegt? Eine Zunft die hoffentlich auch bald aussterben wird. Jede KI bekommt das schon besser hin im Nachhinein eine Begründung für den jeweiligen Aktienverlauf zu finden

Ist möglich. Dann kommt alles auf einen Schlag. Eventuell dann noch infos zu irgendwelchen Fortschritten. Denke, die geduldigen werden belohnt. Die antwort kam auch ziemlich schnell. Nicht mal 1 tag später. Das beruhigt mich persönlich...hätten meine Mail auch einfach ignorieren können 🤷♂️😂

Die Hauptversammlung ist also für den 30. Oktober geplant und die Verzögerung ist, weil es neue Prüfer gibt. Also alles entspannt...nichts dramatisches
