Hello Drago, The "Post Pandemic Recovery" SPAC will definitely be accretive to JAGX due to licensing fees. The SPAC itself also offers a great deal of upside to consider as it covers the EU business for crofelemer fully. We will have more information on how to subscribe shortly. Thanks. Andreea

The Company completed a ‘test the waters' roadshow in December with approximately 150 European institutional investors in four countries/six cities. More than one potential SPAC sponsor has expressed interest in the potential Napo EU target. The Company expects to select its desired financing pathway for the proposed Napo EU crofelemer indications no later than the end of this quarter, including, hopefully, from an informed and value-enhanced position based on interaction with the EMA regarding a conditional approval pathway.

Pilz, klar war es confirmed. Nichts desto trotz bestanden ja Unsicherheiten bzw Zweifel was das jetzt genau bedeutet. Unter anderem wurde geschrieben, dass sich Napo EU erst etablieren muss.. wenn die jetzt anbietet das man ihr ne email schreiben kann, versuche ich’s doch, vllt bringt das einigen mehr Sicherheit. Ist doch interessant was sie zu sagen hat. 😅
