K33 AB (publ) (“K33”) announces a change in Senior Management. Bendik Norheim Schei has been appointed Chief Financial Officer (CFO), effective immediately. Bendik has served as Chief Operating Officer (COO) and succeeds Linus Jönsson, who has supported the Company’s financial function in a part-time consulting capacity during the transition period.
Bendik has been part of K33 since 2019 and brings continuity, strong operational insight, and deep industry expertise to the CFO role. He has previously held key positions including Head of Research and COO, and holds an MSc in Finance & Investments from Copenhagen Business School.
This transition strengthens the Company’s internal structure and supports K33’s commitment to robust financial management as the business continues to scale within an evolving regulatory landscape.

Stimmt, die werden mit ihren BTC arbeiten. Anders als die überwiegende Mehrheit der sogenannten „Bitcoin Treasury“ Companies, die einfach kein funktionierendes, operatives Geschäft haben und sich jetzt an der Idee „BTC kaufen und verkaufen“ probieren und das Ganze in besser klingende Beschreibungen kleiden. Bei aufkommender Kritik wird direkt reflexartig auswendig gelernt zurückgeben, man hätte Geld „nicht verstanden“. Tja, und die scheinbar ihr originäres Geschäft nicht.
Im Prinzip wirkt das halt einfach wie ein Haufen von Unternehmen, die versagt haben und jetzt so tun, als würde sie mit „BTC Treasury“ irgendeinen Mehrwert bieten. Nur welchen?
Dieses künstliche Treasury-Blase Ist wirklich riskant für den gesamten Kryptomarkt (Stichwort „Todesspirale“ und das Risiko der Verkaufskaskade).
Besser wäre, K33 würde gar nicht erst in solchen Listen auftauchen. Deren operatives Geschäft ist eh ein anders.

@Grünauge vermutlich hast du recht. Ich glaube mal gelesen zuhaben, dass Sie ja später auch BTC verleihen wollen usw.
Insgesamt fehlt mir echt Transparenz von Torben. Ist schade dass sich der Kurs so gar nicht bewegt.

Ja, also ich denke, dass K33 nicht anstrebt, unter irgendwelchen Topplätzen beim BTC-halten zu sein.
Das Geschäft kann man mit #Strategy und #Metaplanet nicht vergleichen...

Ich glaube, die Frage richtet sich eher an K33 direkt. Ansonsten kommen die wohl nicht auf die angekündigten 1.000 BTC, wenn die nicht langsam mal weitermachen.

Dass entscheidende wird nicht sein ob man nochmal einige Bitcoin kauft. Sondern den Erhalt der Mica Lizenz im nächsten halben Jahr.
