The initial conversion rate of the Notes will be 143.7815 shares of Kadmon's common stock per $1,000 principal amount of Notes (equivalent to an initial conversion price of approximately $6.96 per share). The initial conversion price of the Notes represents a premium of approximately 30% over the closing price of Kadmon's common stock on the Nasdaq Global Select Market on February 10, 2021. Intéressant sind auch die capped call options die kommuniziert worden sind... Das sind ganz spezielle Optionen... Ich denke da stecken blackrock und vanguard dahinter.... Es wird abgehen wenn die ihre Anteile im Markt bewegen und einsetzen
