$KPRX keep in mind the OS remains unchanged, the offering was quite brilliant. The warrants can not be exercised until the stock hits at least a $1.10 for 30 days and the class B warrants can’t be exercised until the PPS is a $1.38. Both companies know that the PPS is heading to $5.00+. Analysts are projecting $12.00+
