Kore Announces Late Filing of Annual Financial Statements and Management Cease Trade Order 02.05.2025  |  The Newswire  Vancouver, May 01, 2025 - Kore Mining Ltd. (TSXV: KORE) ("KORE" or the "Company") announces today that as a result of delays to its audit, the Company's annual financial statements and accompanying management's discussion and analysis for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2024 (the "Annual Filings") the Company has determined that they may not be able to file the Required Filings by the Filing Deadline as required by Part 4 of National Instrument 51-102 Continuous Disclosure Obligations. The reason for the anticipated delay is due to the late commencement of the audit process, which was caused by the Issuer's financial constraints. These constraints resulted in outstanding fees owned to the third-party service provider, which in turn delayed the preparation of key accounting records required for the audit. The Issuer has since secured the necessary funding to satisfy the outstanding obligations and has now re-engaged both its service provider and auditor to proceed with the audit process. The Company is working with its auditor (Davidson & Company LLP) to complete the audit in a timely manner. The Company currently expects to file the Annual Filings on or before May 31, 2025 and will issue a news release announcing completion of such filings at such time. Until the Company files the Annual Filings, it will comply with the alternative information guidelines set out in National Policy 12-203 - Management Cease Trade Order for issuers who have failed to comply with a specified continuous disclosure requirement within the times prescribed by applicable securities laws. The guidelines, among other things, require the Company to issue bi-weekly default status reports by way of a news release so long as the Annual Filings have not been filed. In addition to continuing to advance its ongoing assets, the Issuer may commence and complete a consolidation of its outstanding common shares in accordance with applicable securities laws and stock exchange policies. During the MCTO, the general investing public will continue to be able to trade in the Company's listed common shares. However, the Company's chief executive office and chief financial officer will not be able to trade in the Company's common shares. Freunde der Minen und Kore Mining. War hier leider sehr ruhig . Diese Bude umso mehr .

Nein. Irgendwie totenstille um diese Drecksbude. Das Geld ist wohl für immer weg.

Irgendwann findet sich keiner mehr raus wer wem wieviele Aktien schuldet. Reiner Betrug diese ganze Sache gewesen

Karus ist mit einer Firma namens Theia Gold eine Fusion eingegangen. Diese neue Firma (jetzt Karus Mining) hat eine neue ISIN (CA4859231066). Aktien wurden gegenseitig ausgetauscht. Anschließend wurde eine Reverse Split von 1:10 durchgeführt. An der Börse gelistet ist auch das neue Firmenkonstrukt nicht .

Da werden wir wohl auch nie einen Kurs bekommen. Das geld ist futsch

wie geht es weiter?? bei Karus sind die Pleite, da nach wie vor auf meinen Bestand kein Kurs steht

Wohlgemerkt gründet man sowas vorzugsweise in Kanada dort scheint es ja wesentlich einfacher zu sein sowas durchzuziehen und man muss wohl mit keinerlei Konsequenzen der Behörden rechnen.

Ich gründe auch demnächst eine AG sammle Investor Geld ein zahle mir und ein paar weiteren Freunden und Verwandten ein fürstliches Gehalt und am Ende ist der Laden halt pleite aber wen juckts? Ich sag einfach mal die Indianer sind schuld und das wir keine Genehmigung bekommen! Vorher schaut man halt das was zumindest etwas an Wert hat aus der Firma draußen ist, das verkaufen wir dann noch als die große Chance für unsere Anleger. (EIGENE MEINUNG)

Was soll man dazu noch sagen? Schlechter geht's ja kaum noch. Das beste an Kore Mining ging mit Karus weg jetzt wird Karus auch noch kaputt gemacht aber irgendwer scheint ja trotzdem davon zu profitieren.

Die Abwertung geht vermutlich weiter: The Consolidation and Name Change form part of a larger transaction pursuant to which a wholly-owned subsidiary of Karus will amalgamate with Theia Gold Corp. ("Theia") and each of the issued and outstanding common shares of Theia following the amalgamation will immediately be exchanged for 2.5414 post-Consolidation common shares of Karus (collectively, the "Proposed Transaction"). Dabei war es mal eine ziemlich stabile Bude. Es ging erst so richtig bergab nach der Abspaltung von Karus. Kore hatte ich gott sei dank noch rechtzeitig verkaufen können aber das Geld von Karus ist wohl weg, leider

Vielen Dank @Repulsor ! Der Laden ist finanziell ziemlich klamm. Der Wirtschaftsbericht (nicht auditiert) zeigt, dass dringend Geldgeber benötigt werden.
