Vancouver, British Columbia--(Newsfile Corp. - August 25, 2021) - LeanLife Health Inc. (CSE: LLP) (FSE: LL1) (OTCQB: LHLNF) (the "Company") is pleased to announce that demand for its Mike Tyson branded Iron Energy drink has accelerated across all geographic sales regions across the United States, and management is placing an order for an additional 100 containers of Iron Energy from Foodcare Group. Stan Lis, CEO and Director of LeanLife, states: "All initial products from our first containers have been pre-sold. Further orders are coming from our distribution partners across the US. The pace of orders has increased the past couple of weeks, and we anticipate that we will need to order an additional 100 containers in the next couple of months. Some of these new orders are from nationally known retailers, and we will provide an update once these retailers launch these products throughout the United States." The Company intends to provide further updates on details of retail distribution as major retailers launch this product across in the United States.

LeanLife Health Inc. has noted that a cease trade order has been issued against the company as a result of delays in completion of its audit, the company failed to file its annual financial statements and accompanying management's discussion and analysis for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2021 (the annual filings), by July 29, 2021, being the date that such filings are due under applicable Canadian securities law requirements. The company currently expects to file the annual filings on or before Aug. 20, 2021, and will issue a news release announcing completion of such filings at such time. Revocation of the cease trade order is expected to occur within a couple of days following the filing of its annual filings. (Stockwatch)
