ASX/Media Announcement Perth: 14 November 2016 ASX:PLP Platypus Minerals Appoints Chief Financial Officer  Ms Shontel Norgate, an executive with over 20 years of resources industry experience, joins Platypus Minerals Ltd as Chief Financial Officer.  Based in Brisbane, Australia, Ms Norgate will be a key member of the executive team leading Platypus in its strategy to become a lithium producer by exploring for lithium minerals and by developing operations using the L-Max® process. Platypus Minerals Ltd (“Platypus” or “the Company”) is pleased to announce the appointment of Ms Shontel Norgate as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Most recently Ms Norgate held the position of CFO for ten years with TSX-listed resources company, Nautilus Minerals. Prior to her appointment at Nautilus Minerals Ms Norgate was Financial Controller with Macarthur Coal and Southern Pacific Petroleum, both listed on the ASX. Ms Norgate is a Chartered Accountant with over 20 years’ resources industry experience in finance and administration. During her tenure with Nautilus Minerals she was accountable for the leadership and stewardship of the company in all financial and commercial areas. Crucial to the success of the role was her ability to liaise with external stakeholders, including financiers, investors, international governments, NGO groups and contractors, always demonstrating strong business and financial acumen. These responsibilities also included the negotiation and management of numerous, large commercial contracts prior to and during project implementation. Ms Norgate holds a Bachelor of Business (Accountancy) with Distinction from Queensland University of Technology, Brisbane and a Graduate Diploma in Company Secretarial Practice from the Australian Institute of Chartered Secretaries. Ich denke auch das wird gut werden! Ich glaube gup meinte in er das Unternehmen muss! Wenn du deine Aktien halten willst zu deinem Kurs dann musst du wohl nichts tun! Wollte noch 50000 haben aber irgendwie will mir keiner das verkaufen und nein für 1€ will ich die nicht haben:-))

Inwiefern? Wie gesagt es ist eine Option a la einer KE oder so... Du kannst diese option auch einfach verstreichen lassen! Alles ohne Gewähr

Also, wenn ich das richtig verstanden habe hast du bis zum 1.12 die option mit deinen jetzigen Aktien neue Aktien zu einem preis von 0,035 zu erwerben, welche du dann am 1.12 bekommst! Heißt auf deutsch wenn der kurs bis dahin höher steht machst du gewinn, sollte er weiter ao rumdümpeln machst du mächtig miese... Die Jungs müssen sich dabei aber was gedacht haben, sonst gibt man keine optionsscheine von mehr als dem doppelten wert aus! Lemare wird uns die augen öffnen wo es hingeht

Option für 0,035? Hab ich was verpasst :) Kann mich jemand aufklären?

Ich habe verstanden das ich verkaufen kann für 0,035 oder so lassen! Das ist wohl nur das die Options des eintauschens verfällt! Sehe ich das richtig?

Wird wohl in spätestens 1 Woche wieder los gehen! Kann mir nochmal jemand das genau erklären mit dem 01.12 und der 0,035$ option! Habe mir das gerade nochmal durchgelesen und sich nicht so recht verstanden!

Wieder so ruhig hier. Was ist denn nun mit den Ergebnissen? :-) wartet ihr alle teilnahmslos?
