Dann kann der kurs morgen wieder steigen.

Zusammenfassung: Die Gebäude in Las Vegas sollen bis Ende März stehen, die ersten Pflanzen sollen im April angebaut werden. Ernte ist bereits verkauft. (Das war ja schon bekannt) Die Behörde in Washington hat am 9. März die Genehmigung erteilt, dort müssen noch die Sprinkleranlagen getestet / zugelassen werden. Läuft wohl alles nach Plan :-)

The approval is for the 30,000 square foot building and comes with the requirement for Marapharm to provide regular photo updates of the progress to the LCB. The county is now reviewing the capping of the fire sprinklers for approval as part of the overall process. Further, on August 17, 2016, Marapharm announced that Marapharm WA had closed on the purchase of the assets of a 30,000 square foot operating tier 3 marijuana cultivation and processing facility, located in Washington State and on September 27, 2016 and November 1, 2016 provided updates with regard to the Washington operations. Marapharm has been making lease payments on the property and has chosen to act on the option to purchase the land.

Alles schön und gut, vielleicht wahr, vielleicht auch nicht. Ich bleibe dabei: was zählt sind knallharte Zahlen...der Kurs der nach Nachrichten rauf und runtergeht..spiegelt nur die Erwartungen oder die Enttäuschung der Aktionäre wieder. Was zählt, vor allem bei Firmen wie Marapharm, die sich noch nicht so richtig etabliert hat,...sind die reellen Zahlen der Firma, nicht der Kurs. Dann kann man mittelfristig oder langfristig was damit anfangen. Ich bleibe noch drin, kann mir aber gut vorstellen bei 1,1 auszusteigen und bei 0,9 wieder einzusteigen, denn zur Zeit nutze ich Marapharm nur zu diesem Zweck. Ichnsteige erst mittelmoder langfristig ein sobald sie Geld generiert. Dann ist diemAktie zwar teurer, wird aber mittelfristig auch mehr rein bringen...eventuell eine Dividende in 10 Jahren :-)

Muss mich wider melden. Leute, warum tut ihr einfach nicht warten bis der Tag X kommt. Wartet ein Jahr oder Zwei Drei. Danach wird ihr sehen wooo die Aktie steht... LG Slay.
