Ich sagte nicht, dass der Erstflug noch dieses Jahr kommt. Aber eventuell kommt das behördliche OK mit Auflagen und Terminvorschlägen in 2025 bereits in 2024. Oder sie lassen den Jet im Teststand zeigen, dass er mit MTOW abheben und ausreichend lange schweben und fliegen kann. Dann kommt das physikalisch aufs Gleiche raus. Für die PDPs wird es aber mit Pilot im Freien gemacht werden müssen.

Pilotinvest, also das Lilium mal irgendetwas vor Zeitplan schafft, halte ich persönlich für nahezu ausgeschlossen. Die letzten Jahre sprechen Bände.
Das Wort Verschiebung ist quasi mit Lilium verknüpft, was die Vergangenheit gezeigt hat.

The transaction includes an over-allotment option to purchase additional 5,714,285 Class A shares of Lilium at a purchase price of US$1.05 per share, together with warrants to purchase 5,714,285 Class A shares at an exercise price of US$1.50 per warrant. The overallotment option is exercisable within 30-days from the date of the underwriting agreement. The option expired without being exercised
Gross proceeds of €36,758 thousand were received from the transaction, which were allocated to the initial fair value of 2024 Public
Offering Warrants of €27,887 thousand, the initial fair value of the over-allotment derivative financial liability of €4,617 thousand and
the remaining amount to the Class A shares issued of €4,254 thousand. The valuation of the 2024 Public Offering Warrants and the overallotment derivative financial liability is described in note 18.

Da gibts zur Zeit ne ganze Menge an Stellenausschreibungen. Kann natürlich auch veraltet sein.Aber grundsätzlich stellt ein bald insolventes Unternehmen eher nicht ein.

Carlos, das wird noch alles unter der Decke gehalten, aber in Wirklichkeit weiß Lilium jetzt schon, daß der Erstflug frühestens im Sommer 25 kommt und bis dahin ist kein Geld mehr da und das war es dann ..........

Stellt sich die Frage wieviel davon seit dem 01.10. genutzt wurde und wieviel sie davon nutzen nachdem sie Plan B kommunizieren???

Habt ihr euch mal gefragt, wie es den 1100 Mitarbeitern von Lilium gehen könnte? Also wenn das alles so auf Kante genäht wäre… habt ihr dazu irgendwas gefunden? Nicht? Dann denke ich, die wissen auch warum 💪
