Wie verzweifelt muß Lilium sein, das man wegen 50 Millionen betteln muß, wo doch angeblich ihre Investoren weiter Geld geben würden? Na, dann nehme ich doch das und fertig.

Pilotinvest, ein RS hat fast immer zur Folge, daß der Kurs danach weiter fällt. Die Shortseller drücken den dann optisch höheren Kurs wieder runter.

On October 17, 2024, Lilium N.V. (“Lilium”) announced that it has received indication that the budget committee of the parliament of the Federal Republic of Germany will not approve a €50 million guarantee of a contemplated €100 million convertible loan for Lilium from KfW, a German public law institution (Anstalt des öffentlichen Rechts) serving domestic and international public policy objectives of the federal government of Germany (“KfW”). Lilium is continuing discussions with the Free State of Bavaria with respect to a guarantee of at least €50 million.
Am 17. Oktober 2024 gab Lilium N.V. bekannt, dass sie Hinweise erhalten hat, dass der Haushaltsausschuss des Bundestages der Bundesrepublik Deutschland eine Bürgschaft in Höhe von 50 Millionen Euro für ein geplantes Wandeldarlehen in Höhe von 100 Millionen Euro für Lilium von der KfW, einer deutschen Anstalt des öffentlichen Rechts, die nationalen und internationalen politischen Zielen der deutschen Bundesregierung dient, nicht genehmigen wird. Lilium führt weiterhin Gespräche mit dem Freistaat Bayern über eine Bürgschaft in Höhe von mindestens 50 Millionen Euro.

Ich schätze die Gefahr gering ein. Und wenn es dennoch bis 07.01. nicht erreicht wird, dann kann man es später heilen. Ein RS hat keine fundamentale Bedeutung. Fundamentale Nachrichten zur Finanzierung oder Zertifizierung prägen den Kurs, nicht die Anzahl der Aktien.
