Dr Future schreibt von Rettung für Lilium, hat aber scheinbar keine Ahnung, was gerettet wurde. Die Finanzierung über Mobile Uplift Corporation GmbH stellt lediglich die Fortführung der Entwicklung des Lilium Jets sicher. Das wird aber in der neuen Firma passieren, die alle Assets aus den Lilium GmbHs übernommen hat. Lilium NV als auch die Liliums GmbHs werden sicherlich nach Ende des Insolvenzverfahrens aufgelöst werden. Was dann mit den Aktien, die zur Lilium NV gehören passiert, kann jeder für sich überlegen....

On December 30, 2024, the court opened such regular insolvency proceedings. The Company does not expect any distributions to holders of its Class A ordinary shares in connection with the winding up process. As previously reported on the Form 6-K filed on December 26, 2024, Lilium GmbH and Lilium eAircraft GmbH, the principal operating wholly-owned German subsidiaries (the “Subsidiaries”) of Lilium, signed an asset purchase agreement dated December 23, 2024 (the “Agreement”), with MUCMobile Uplift Corporation GmbH (the “Purchaser”), pursuant to which the Purchaser intends to acquire the operating assets of the Subsidiaries. The main execution of the Agreement with the transfer of possession of the operating assets and the transfer of the operations of the Subsidiaries occurred on January7, 2025. The transfer of ownership of the assets of the Subsidiaries is expected to occur on January 20, 2025. Proceeds received from the sale will be utilized according to German Insolvency Law. Lilium will not receive proceeds from the sale which will enable it to make any distributions to shareholders.
