Wer vertraut schon dem Aktionär. Reuters schreibt dasselbe: "Under the deal, which is set to close by the end of 2023, Allkem shareholders will get one share in the combined entity for each of their shares and the company will ultimately own 56% of the new firm. Livent shareholders will get 2.406 shares in the new firm for each existing share." Marketcap braucht man bei der Rechnung nicht. Genau, nur Dreisatz 😉
Aktuell verstehe ich den Markt nicht oder ich rechne Falsch. Bei der derzeitigen Bewertung von Allkem müsste Livent doch eigentlich 10% höher stehen um das verhältniss von 44:56 wiederherzustellen, oder wo ist mein denkfehler. Habe meine Allkem Aktien jetzt verkauft und in Livent umgeschichtet....
