Brown has taken early retirement for personal and health reasons and has resigned as Director and Chief Financial Officer effective October 15, 2019. We would like to thank him for his years of valuable service to the company. Mr. Brown joined Matica in 2015 and has been one of the driving forces in the success of the Company. His contributions and his presence will be greatly missed. Mr. Gurcharn Deol, Director of Matica will act as interim CFO until a suitable replacement can be found.
