MATICA'S SUBSIDIARY, ROYALMAX, ANNOUNCES START OF COMMERCIAL ACTIVITY WITH RECEIPT OF SALES LICENCE Matica Enterprises Inc.'s subsidiary, RoyalMax Biotechnology Canada Inc., has received approval from Health Canada for its amended sales licence. The Sales Licence permits for the sale of cannabis products to all authorized provincial and territorial distributors/retailers and registered medical patients through out all of Canada. This major milestone has completed the Company's transition into a commercial cannabis company. It is the result of the diligent work done by an exceptional team of people at RoyalMax. "Since the amendment for the Sales Licence was submitted in March of this year, Matica and RoyalMax have been in contact with provincial authorities to begin preparations for retail sales of our small batch crafted product," states Matica CEO, Boris Ziger. "In addition to exceptionally grown Montreal cannabis the Company intends to follow up with an additional product mix. We are planning to introduce pre-roll products, a variety of edibles and an exceptional topical cream created for us by Montreal's Yunify Natural Technologies. MATICA KÜNDIGT ROYALMAX-LIZENZIERUNGS-UPDATE AN Die Tochtergesellschaft von Matica Enterprises Inc., RoyalMax Biotechnology Canada Inc., wurde von Health Canada darüber informiert, dass der Antrag auf Änderung der Lizenzen für den Verkauf von getrocknetem Cannabis bereits in der Phase der Papierprüfung vorgezogen wurde. Dies ist ein wichtiger Schritt vorwärts für Matica und RoyalMax, da die Anwendung in die Inspektionsphase überführt wurde. RoyalMax hat mit dem Antragsverfahren für den Verkauf in der Provinz begonnen und befindet sich in fortgeschrittenen Gesprächen mit mehreren Provinzbehörden, um mit dem Verkauf von Freizeitprodukten zu beginnen. Nach dem erwarteten Erhalt der Änderung wird RoyalMax damit beginnen, neue Cannabismarken auf dem kanadischen Markt einzuführen. COVID-19 hat sich zweifellos auf den Genehmigungsprozess und seine Fristen ausgewirkt, wie dies in allen Geschäftsbereichen der Fall ist. Derzeit kann das Unternehmen nicht vorhersagen, wann die Änderung von Health Canada gewährt wird. Das Unternehmen wird im weiteren Verlauf unverzüglich über weitere Fortschritte informieren.

Matica Enterprises, Inc. Discusses Upcoming Revenue Potential with The Stock Day Podcast Phoenix, March 12th, 2020 (Newsfile Corp.) -- The Stock Day Podcast welcomed Matica Enterprises, Inc. (MMJFF)(“the Company”), a multi-faceted, innovative company in the Quebec cannabis space. CEO of the Company, Boris Ziger, joined Stock Day host Everett Jolly. Jolly began the interview by commenting on the medical sales license that was recently secured by the Company’s subsidiary, RoyalMax. “That’s a huge development for us. This has really been what we’ve been working towards for several years,” said Ziger. “RoyalMax is a Health Canada license holder. So, we can actually grow and process cannabis now, which is absolutely huge for us,” explained Ziger. “Right now, we are steps away from revenue.” Ziger then expanded on the Company’s repurposed indoor cannabis grow facility, which is located inside a former undercover police station. “We’ve built a first-class facility over there,” said Ziger. “It’s a small one, about 10,000 square feet,” he added. “We’ve been growing absolutely incredible cannabis over there.” Jolly then commented on the plummeting stocks associated with many companies in the cannabis industry, and asked Ziger about the future of the cannabis industry and what it means for the Company. Ziger shared his background as a stock broker, and explained that the cannabis industry experienced an irrational exuberance followed by a correction in the markets. “We’ve had a lot of challenges in the industry, a lot of regulatory challenges,” said Ziger. He then explained that the correction seems to be slowing, leaving the quality cannabis companies to emerge. “What do you think the biggest challenges are for your company and the industry itself?”, asked Jolly. “The biggest challenge right now is getting through the growth period of the retail markets,” said Ziger. “There’s not enough outlets for our products,” he explained. “It’s a huge issue I think, but it’s being addressed really well now,” said Ziger. “We really need Ontario, Quebec, and British Columbia to come on in a big way, and it is happening.” Jolly then asked about the Company’s goals over the next two to three quarters. “The big thing for us, and this addresses what we talked about before, is quality,” said Ziger. “There’s mediocre product out there and there’s a lot of it,” he continued. “We want to show that we can grow very good product, and that all of Quebec can grow very good product,” said Ziger. “That’s going to be a big challenge for us. ...und trotzdem denke ich das die sich jetzt Schritt für Schritt entwickeln können - warum immer weltweit, in jedem Land auf jeder Hochzeit tanzen. - die sollen sich erstmal in Quebec selbst etablieren und in Hemmingford auch nicht gleich so gigantisch groß bauen....freilich gibts die nächsten Jahre dann keine Kurse wie bei den von dir genannten Werten - ...ich persönlich wäre am Jahresende sehr mit 0,15 - 0,20€/Share, zufrieden.

Jetzt mal Spass beiseite - die grundsätzlichen Hürden#Lizenzen sind genommen...wenn jetzt der Verkauf der 400Kg hoffentlich zeitnah verkündet wird, konsequent an der Verwirklichung von Hemmingford gearbeitet wird und als "Schockoladenzuckerl" #Edibles etwas handfestes kommt, ...tja dann, sieht es mMn wirklich gar ned mal so schlecht aus.
