die Dividende wurde bisher auch ohne Steward bezogen. Die machten lediglich 25% aus. natürlich ist das viel aber die Mieten blieben vorher auch schon eine Zeit aus und MPW war in der Lage noch Dividenden zu zahlen. Den Verlust von Steward hat man doch schon längst einkalkuliert.
