Wer weiss, wie weit die Bauxit-Firma SBG mit ihren Raffinierungsplänen ist?

Hi Bill, there was a good advice in forum-to change a3krap into a19mdv because exchange ratio to new bonds is about 12% better. So you'll receive up to 20% from Ferralum bond. Redemption of new Metalcorp bonds depends on selling assets and mines in Guinea. but there is little hope. We'll see-from my point of view I guess there'll be no more than 30% redemption end of 26/27 plus some capitalized interest. But better alternative than bankrupcy.

Copy/paste article from Wirtschaftswoche 05/23. Living long in Germany, but all battlegrounds in english, working for an international company, investing some 10k€ in Metalcorp and also affected like other people here in forum. And above I'm convinced that contributions in forum have some side effects on people, managers, attornies outside.

Hi Billy, reg. shipment of 160ktons there was an article in Wirtschaftswoche: Über einen Tracker ließ sich nachvollziehen, dass das Schiff mit dem Bauxit tatsächlich abfuhr. Umso erstaunlicher: Die Analysefirma Risikotek fand bei Recherchen keine Daten über einen Bauxitexport der guineischen Minengesellschaft. Metalcorp sagt, der Verkauf sei eben über eine Schwester der Minengesellschaft abgewickelt worden. Im Zusammenhang mit dieser Firma fand Risikotek auch Hunderte Exporte - aber keinen Bauxittransport. Hierauf angesprochen, bekräftigte Metalcorp nochmals, die Schwestergesellschaft habe den Verkauf durchgeführt und den Transport abgewickelt. Highly spooky ! In each case there was not only 1 Euro from bauxite shipment for partly redemption to bondholders.

Die PR-Abteilung von Metalcorp sagt, es sei allgemein bekannt, dass die Firma keine Zinsen zahlen würde/könnte. Das gilt eben auch für die 2026er. Eine Adhoc-Mitteilung über diesen neuen Zustand der Anleihe (Null-Zinsen) findet man daher unnötig. Wer jetzt noch Stückzinsen für das Papier bezahlt, ist selber schuld.
