Naja die einzige Zeit wo man bei denen wirklich sinnvoll lesen kann, sind deren späten Abendstunden (ohne sinnlose Spaß) was wiederum unsere frühen Morgenstunden sind xD Und ein wenig Zeit bis wir es dann tatsächlich wissen, müssen wir uns ja noch vertreiben :)

Guten Morgen :) Hier eine interessante These, wie man im Zweifel die nötigen 65% auch noch zusammenbekommen könnte. Würde auch das Problem eventuelle Nein Stimmen zu kaufen umgehen, denn genau das wäre quasi der Plan. Ha!!! I think I figured out the loophole here. The PR for voting says something along the lines of that management can not purchase shares AND vote on them. However, it says nothing about them purchasing shares and NOT voting on them.... So in other words just to use round numbers if there are 30,000,000 shares and 17,000,000 of them vote yes, then it's 56%. But if the management uses the "adjournment proposal" to get another two days (until Friday), then buys 4,000,000 shares and converts them (takes them out of the outstanding shares). Then there are only 26,000,000 outstanding shares not. There is still the same 17,000,000 votes but now it's out of 26,000,000 (instead of 30,000,000) and so the percentage yes votes is 65%! So now the press release stating management can not BUY -AND! VOTE shares is still true! They are buying, BUT NOT voting! And still changing the vote! Viola!

Besser wäre es sich mal zu informieren was ein spac ist, und nicht auf Antworten von "Fremden" vertrauen.
