Vancouver, British Columbia--(Newsfile Corp. - January 2, 2018) - Millennial Lithium Corp. (TSXV: ML) (FSE: A3N2) (OTCQB: MLNLF) ("Millennial" or the "Company") further to its news release dated November 27, 2017, Millennial is pleased to announce the filing of a technical report (the "Technical Report") titled "Measured, Indicated and Inferred Lithium and Potassium Resource Estimate Pastos Grandes Project Salta Province, Argentina" dated January 2, 2018 that contains a maiden resource estimate for the Company's Pastos Grandes lithium brine project located in Salta, Argentina. The Technical Report was completed by Montgomery & Associates Consultores Limitada ("Montgomery") based in Santiago, Chile, a subsidiary of international hydrogeology firm E.L. Montgomery & Associates, which Millennial had engaged to prepare an independent lithium brine resource on the Company's Pastos Grandes Project. Montgomery was engaged to prepare the Technical Report in accordance with National Instrument 43-101-Standards of Disclosure for Mineral Projects. The NI 43-101 resource statement, detailed in Table 1 below, includes 2,131,000 tonnes of lithium carbonate ("Li2CO3") equivalent (LCE) and 8,141,000 tonnes of potash ("KCl") equivalent in the Measured and Indicated Resource categories, with an additional 878,000 tonnes of Li2CO3 and 3,263,000 tonnes KCl in the Inferred Resource category.

Das spricht eigentlich sehr stark für Pastos Grandes und dass daraus wirklich was werden soll. :)))

Ja invis, die Explorationsergebnisse waren ungenügend, also verzichtet man auf sein recht, das Gebiet wie vereinbart übernehmen zu können. Man will sich lieber auf den Ausbau von pastos Grandes konzentrieren. Das ist der Wortlaut.

Versteh ich das richtig.. dass Millennial Pocitos West gekündigt hat wegen schlechter Ergebnisse oder verstehe ich das total falsch? Nicht dass ich jetzt was total falsches sage !!!

TERMINATION OF POCITOS WEST PROPERTIES AGREEMENTS As a result of unfavourable exploration results and as the Company continues to focus more exclusively on the Pastos Grandes lithium brine project, it has terminated its option agreement (the "Underlying Agreement") dated February 1, 2017 to acquire the Pocitos West project. The Company has entered into a Notice and Waiver Agreement (the "Waiver") with Liberty One Lithium Corp. ("Liberty") whereby its option agreement (the "Liberty Agreement") dated May 17, 2017 (where the Company granted to Liberty the right to acquire up to an 80% interest in the Company's interest in the Underlying Agreement and the Pocitos West Properties) was terminated effective December 22, 2017. As part of the Waiver, the Company waived all rights to six (6) months' notice of termination of the Liberty Agreement and the Company was able to immediately terminate the Underlying Agreement.
