Ja ich glaube mittlerweile auch das das nur eine dieser ganzen Canada Abzockaktien ist.

Seltsam. Und wo kann ich für umgerechnet 0,14 Euro diese Aktie erwerben?

Mich würde mal interessieren, für was Sie nochmal Geld brauchen. (Noch ein non-brokered financing gestern rausgegangen). Vor 3 wochen hieß es fully funded stratetic plan through 2020, jetzt machen sie ein financing nach dem anderen für "funding stratetic plan through 2020". Sasketchewan ist raus, müssen nicht einmal dafür noch Geld ausgeben und brauchen trotzdem mehr. Und dann für einen Preis von 0.20CAD 1mio Aktien ausgeben.. Kein Stratetic plan auf die Kette bekommen, keine Antwort von IR. Mich beschleicht das Gefühl so langsam, das das Zigeuner werden.

Nur das Mym gleich wieder sinkt.

Über eine Privatplazierung können Aktien direkt vom Unternehmen zu einem vorab ausgehandelten Preis zu Vorzugskonditionen gehandelt werden. Dann gibt es noch einen 'Warrant' dazu, sprich eine Option und die bietet das Recht, aber nicht die Pflicht weitere Aktien zu einem festen Preis zu kaufen. Im Prinzip ist so eine Privatplazierung für denjenigen der sie ausübt eine schöne Sache, er bekommt die Aktie billiger und hätte auch noch das Recht über den Warrant nachzukaufen. Aber er muss natürlich auch in die Story glauben, sonst würde er auch die Aktie nicht kaufen. Wie auch immer, heute ist wieder Freitag.

MYM Nutraceuticals closes financing, grants options 2019-09-03 19:05 ET - News Release Mr. Howard Steinberg reports MYM CLOSES FOURTH AND FINAL TRANCHE OF NON-BROKERED PRIVATE PLACEMENT AND ANNOUNCES ADDITIONAL INCENTIVE STOCK OPTION GRANT MYM Nutraceuticals Inc. has closed the fourth and final tranche of its non-brokered private placement, previously announced on July 5, 2019, of 1,088,814 units at a price of 32.4 cents for gross proceeds of $352,776. There were no finders' fees payable on this tranche. The offering was priced in the context of the market based on a price reservation *** by the Company with the Canadian Securities Exchange. The private placement is subject to the approval of the CSE and the securities will be subject to a four-month hold period under securities laws. The Company intends to use the net proceeds from the private placement to fund the strategic plan through 2020. Each unit consists of one common share and one common share purchase warrant. Each warrant entitles the holder to purchase one common share at a price of $0.50 for a period of three years from the issue date. The warrants are subject to an acceleration provision that allows the Company to give notice of an earlier expiry date if the Company's share price on the Canadian Securities Exchange (or such other stock exchange the Company may be trading on) is equal or greater than $1.00 for a period of 10 consecutive trading days. Insiders subscribed to 308,642 units for gross proceeds of $100,000. As a result, the Private Placement is considered to be a "related party transaction" as defined under Multilateral Instrument 61-101 ("MI 61-101"). The transaction is exempt from the formal valuation and minority shareholder approval requirements of MI 61-101 as neither the fair market value of any shares issued to or the consideration paid by such persons exceeded 25% of the Company's market capitalization. The Company also announces that an additional 1,600,000 incentive stock options were granted to certain directors, officers, employees and consultants of the Company pursuant to the Company's stock option plan in August. The options are exercisable for a period of two years from grant date at a price of $0.43 per common share. 166,667 of the options vested immediately with an additional 833,333 to vest in five (5) equal monthly vesting periods., 600,000 of the options will vest over eight (8) quarterly vesting periods starting September 14, 2019.
