@Atrocity1978. was meinst du wie die Leute im Silicon Valley reich geworden sind? Am Anfang hat nun mal ein Start up etc keine Kohle und oft gibt es Beteiligungen, Dazu kommt, dass mym nur 2 feste Mitarbeiter hat und die 30 Leute bei Highland Crow werden durch deren Einnahmen abgedeckt.

Oder wie hast Du es gemeint?

Warum nicht? Vielleicht arbeiten die da quasi nebenbei mit und haben andere Jobs. Die Aussicht über die Aktien dann zu viel Geld zu kommen motiviert sie. Also ich würde das ggf. machen.

Eine Frage bezüglich der Aktien als Gehalt der Mitarbeiter. Wenn das Unternehmen die Gehälter mit Aktien bezahlt halt, kann es doch sein, dass viele Mitarbeiter um die 500.000 Aktien plus im Depot haben. Das zu einem EK von 0,5€ zB. Sollte der Kurs auf 2 Euro steigen wären die Mitarbeiter ja fast Millionäre. Da stimmt doch was nicht, oder?
