  MYM Announces $10 Million Non-Brokered Financing JANUARY 3, 2018 Vancouver, B.C., January 3, 2018 – MYM Nutraceuticals Inc., (CSE: MYM) (the “Company” or “MYM”) is pleased to announce a non-brokered private placement of up to 3,571,000 units at a price of CAD$2.80 per unit. Each unit will consist of one common share and one transferable common share purchase warrant.  Each warrant will entitle the holder to acquire one additional common share for a period of 24 months following the closing of the private placement at a price of CAD$4.00 per warrant share. In the event that, after the date that is six months and one day following the closing of the offering, the closing volume-weighted average price of the common shares on the Canadian Securities Exchange, or such other exchange on which the common shares may primarily trade, is greater than or equal to CAD$5.50 for a period of ten consecutive trading days, the Company may, at its sole option, accelerate the expiry date of the warrants by giving notice to the holders thereof, and in such case, the warrants will expire on the 30th day after the date on which such notice is given by the Company. The offering was priced in the context of the market based on a price reservation made by the Company with the Canadian Securities Exchange.  The private placement is subject to the approval of the CSE and the securities will be subject to a four-month hold period under securities laws.  The Company intends to use the net proceeds from the private placement for general working capital and corporate purposes.

Die 10€ dürften wir dieses Jahr noch sehen, wenn man sich den Marktkap und die Umsätze von Canopy ansieht.

Hab gestern bei 2.29€ sogar nachgelegt, EK 1,45 auf 1,75 erhöht, war sehr erfreulich das es kurz darauf schon wieder angezogen hat.

Ich werde meine Anteile auch halten. Sehe absolut kein Grund zu verkaufen.

Schön, dass wir 4 einer Meinung sind, jetzt 13 Monate im Haschsektor investiert, lassen mich kleine Rücksetzer kalt;-))

Warum auch mit 1K oder 2K Prozent verkaufen wenn es 5K oder 10K werden können, ich bleib der Aktie treu;-)))

Egal wann jemand bis jetzt investiert hat. In 5-6 Monaten werden von denen alle glücklich sein. Wahrscheinlich auch die, die noch im Januar investieren

Ich denke nicht unbedingt, dass es die Leute sind die grad erst 10-20 Cent Gewinn gemacht haben sondern vielleicht auch welche, die schon 1-2 Euro Gewinn gemacht haben und einfach mal einen Teil rausziehen, weil der Gewinn eh schon riesig ist.

Es wird immer "Bettnässer" geben, die bei 20 Cent Gewinn direkt verkaufen müssen! Das Nervt echt!

Wird auch nur wegen der Euphorie sein. Der ganze Sektor sackt spätestens in ein paar Wochen wieder etwas ab. Kann mich auch gerne irren. Was seit 2 Wochen im Cannabis Sektor vorgeht ist schon nicht mehr normal. Aber was soll’s mich freut es trotzdem.
