„SDA's Optical Intersatellite Link (OISL) Standard has had its first
success. U.S. Naval Research Laboratory and Mynaric have connected
their OISL Standard-compliant modems via optical fiber at the SDA/NRL hardware-in-the-loop/software-in-the-loop optical testbed. Data was successfully passed resulting in the first interoperability demonstration between two independently-developed implementations of the SDA OISL Standard Communications Protocol. „
