Punkt 1.01. Abschluss einer wesentlichen endgültigen Vereinbarung. seiner Lizenzvereinbarung mit dem Unternehmen (die „Lizenzvereinbarung für die Region China“) zur Entwicklung und Vermarktung von Lefamulin im Großraum China an Sumitomo Pharmaceuticals (Suzhou). Gemäß der Abtretungsvereinbarung stimmte das Unternehmen zu, Sinovant und seine verbundenen Unternehmen von ihren Verpflichtungen aus der Lizenzvereinbarung für die Region China zu befreien, und stimmte der Übernahme solcher Verpflichtungen durch Sumitomo Pharmaceuticals (Suzhou) zu. Darüber hinaus hat Sumitomo zugestimmt, alle Verpflichtungen von Sumitomo Pharmaceuticals (Suzhou) aus dem Lizenzvertrag für die Region China zu garantieren. Die Abtretungsvereinbarung ist vom Abschluss des Kaufs der Rechte und Pflichten von Sinovant gemäß der Lizenzvereinbarung für die Region China durch Sumitomo Pharmaceuticals (Suzhou) abhängig und wird wirksam. Die vorstehende Beschreibung des Abtretungsvertrags erhebt keinen Anspruch auf Vollständigkeit und wird in ihrer Gesamtheit unter Bezugnahme auf den vollständigen Text des Abtretungsvertrags qualifiziert, den das Unternehmen als Exponat zu seinem Quartalsbericht auf Formblatt 10-Q für das Quartalszeitraum zum 30. Juni 2021. Punkt 8.01 Sonstige Ereignisse. Am 25. Mai 2021 gaben das Unternehmen und Sinovant positive Topline-Ergebnisse aus der klinischen Phase-3-Studie von Sinovant mit Lefamulin bei chinesischen Erwachsenen mit ambulant erworbener bakterieller Pneumonie („CABP“) bekannt.

Bin jetzt raus. Ich sehe hier nur noch eine Richtung und das ist nicht Norden. Erst der RSplit, dann das Publisher offering zu 2,50$ und jetzt das...eigentlich schade, da ein sehr interessantes Unternehmen mit einer Pipeline und Umsätze. Aber das Managment scheint hier einfach zu versagen.
