Hast Du leider recht, aber wir werden in Kürze sicherlich EU-Fördermittel für Estland erhalten und somit mehr Aufmerksamkeit. Wobei aktuell sich eh wieder mehr der Fokus auf Ressourcen legt, zumindest gefühlt.
