Ja, mich nervt dieses tägliche Auf und Ab auch. In anderen Lebensbereichen ist das ja ganz geil, zum Bsp. Im Schlafzimmer mit dem Frauchen 😉
Aber in diesem Fall haben mich die äußeren Faktoren echt überzeugt, dabei zu bleiben. Der ausstehende Antrag zum Nasdaq-Listing, der möglicherweise Kryptofreundliche, neue SEC-Chef noch diesen Monat und die Tatsache, dass der BTC-Kurs grad in noch nie dagewesenen Dimensionen unterwegs ist.
Die Umstände könnten nicht besser sein und DeFi hat schon mehrfach bewiesen, dass plötzliche & steile Aufstiege möglich sind siehe Juni diesen Jahres oder beim ATH im Winter 21', als ich auch mit dabei war.
Ganz ehrlich, ich sehe nicht, wie DeFi jetzt noch komplett ins Nirvana abrauschen kann. Temporäre Rücksetzer ja, aber für die Jahre 2025 ff. sehe ich Goldene Zeiten für diese Aktie.

Das ist aber falsch weil 1. hat das Management bekräftigt, keinen RS zu machen u. 2. reichen 2 USD unter bestimmten Voraussetzungen.

Niemand, aber es ist leider so u. da dreht sich auch das Management immer wieder lebendig im Grabe um, dass ein Großteil dieser Kleinanleger nichts über die Geschäftsmodelle u. einzelne Segmente verstehen u. ebenso, dass DeFi u.a. auch mit Minern verglichen wird u. das ist falsch. Drum auch Haufen Retailzocker mit SL's. Wie beim letzten Meeting gesagt wurde, die Großen u. Institutionelle warten bereits vor der Tür, investieren aber nicht in Pink Sheets. Drum brauchen wir das Uplisting u. von daher muss man sich erstmal zufrieden geben, dass das dafür geforderte Kursniveau stabil bleibt.

Ist tatsächlich sehr unterschiedlich. Bei Coincheck aus Japan, auch Krypto, ging es innerhalb von ca. 4 Wochen. Termin steht schon.

Steht bei den Zahlen dabei, ansonsten im speziellen gilt grundsätzlich Schweigepflicht: On September 16, 2024, the Company filed a Form 40-F Registration Statement with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission (the "SEC"), in connection with its application to list its common shares on The Nasdaq Stock Market. The listing of the Company's common shares on the Nasdaq remains subject to the approval of the Nasdaq and the satisfaction of all applicable listing and regulatory requirements, including Form 40-F being declared effective by the SEC. The Company continues to progress its application to list its common shares on the Nasdaq. Spätestens mit einem neuen SEC-Vorsitzenden u. wenn die Bedingungen weiter eingehalten werden können, wird dies der Fall sein.
Danke , hört sich ja dann schon mal gut an , dauert ja anscheinend durchschnittlich 10 bis 12 Monate bis so ein listing durch sein kann
