Ken (wahrscheinlich nicht eierken 😉) im Ceo, kann ich so teilen: I hope there is a proper strategy behind buying back shares and that the signal they sent will pay off. In other words, I hope they didn't buy back just to satisfy retail investors who are unhappy with the recent SP development. The idea of technology investing is to reinvest every dollar of income in scaling up the business as fast as possible before a rival copies the business model. Investments require time and looking at the 2-years-chart there's few reasons to complain. Management is delivering at an astonishing pace and there's absolutely no reason to believe that this could change in the near future. This implies that the SP will continue if not exceed the current trajectory. I fully agree that the current SP does not properly reflect the company and it's potential Still, those who are constantly worried about the current valuation should try to change the perspective and view from a different angle. This is a great chance to buy shares of a rapidly growing, profitable company which is massively undervalued compared to its peers. Aren't you lucky to own a piece of this company at this early stage? Think about it. Not intended to offend.

Wird der Kurs gedrückt, um sich günstig einzudecken, zB durch Institutionen, wäre das was Positives, denn die wollen auch, dass er später steigt. Ist es eine Gruppe manipulativer Widersacher, dann wird es schwieriger, das zu lösen. Ich vermute, es ist beides.

Vielleicht weiß es ja jemand wie lange so ein Schwebezustand oder Preisbremse anhalten kann, hatte noch keine Zeit selbst zu recherchieren.

Ja, das ist das Hauptproblem, das im Moment alle haben, was eine faire Bewertung betrifft. Mit dem ARP werden zumindest ein paar Aktien im Umlauf reduziert, trotz hohem Preis. Die Überlegung war auch, zur TSX zu gehen, nur unterstehen die den gleichen Behörden, die auch nichts gegen manipulative Shortaktionen unternehmen. Der einzige Vorteil an der TSX wäre, dass die dort allg. mehr Handelsvolumen vorweisen können. Und sonst ganz raus aus Kanada war mein Vorschlag, den sie auch überprüfen 🤷‍♂️

Wenn man auf ceo.ca mitliest, dann hat ja niemand so wirklich eine Idee, wie man dieser Kursdrückerei ein Ende bereiten kann. Mal sehen, wie lange wir mit diesem Schwebezustand noch leben müssen.
